Olio extravergine di Oliva
Our oil, produced in small quantities, is the result of the cold pressing of olives from the varieties frantoio, moraiolo, leccino, correggiolo and olivastra, cultivated in the two olive groves of our farm. Our olive trees are organically fertilised and do not undergo any pesticide treatment.
